The collective includes talents and strengths that complement each other and are often untapped. I focus on bringing out the best in each individual and helping them see that they are enhanced by the range of strengths of the people around them. I create containers for connection.
My methods include building relationships and creating networks and communities of practice. Whether it is new users of an enterprise system or individuals desiring to make change, I ensure that teams provide each other with mutual support, motivation, and engagement.
