Lisa Feldman, CEO

My top two CliftonStrengths® are strategic thinking themes, so I’m drawn to systems, ideas, and managing through complexity.

But because these themes are closly, and strongly, followed by relationship-building themes, what matters to me is how people experience complexity, ideas, and systems.

I work at the intersection of talent, management, and culture. I always seek to create the conditions to bring out the best in people.

I am a simplifier, a dynamic presenter, and a joyful broker of ideas and relationships. #Positivity

My education and credentials reveal my wide-ranging interests and broad curiosity. I have an AB from Brown University in History and in Comparative Literature, with a focus on the history of science. I also have an MA from the University of Toronto in Victorian Studies, where I explored the history of reactions to evolving technologies. I round this out with an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. In addition, I currently actively study and teach Torah, Talmud, and other Jewish texts and topics.

With my MBA, I’ve worked in tech and in management consulting, and I have had a long career in higher education, both in administrative leadership and in teaching. I currently teach “Leadership Foundations for Workplace Success” to undergraduates at UC Berkeley — and I’m glad to bring this fabulous content to my clients as well.

I am a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and a Gallup Employee Engagement Champion as well as a Certified Agile Scrum Master. I'm trained and certified in group facilitation and design thinking facilitation. I have been called a gifted and creative career coach.

I am an aspiring antiracist: I am working to understand the system that privileges me, as a white person, over others, and to use my privilege to change that system. As a Jew and a woman, I also recognize the complexity and intersectionality of this work.

I am based in Emeryville, California (next to Oakland and Berkeley), but, as a Zoom and remote facilitation expert, and with energy that shines through any screen, I have no geographic limitations.
